Wisconsin Legislative Districts Must be Redrawn, Federal Court Rules

A federal court panel has ruled that Wisconsin's Congressional Districts must be redrawn by November 1 to ensure their use in the Fall 2018 elections.  The ruling orders the legislature to redraw the maps. The court did not specify how to redraw the maps but the new districts must pass constitutional muster.
